Prejavuje sa zvy\u010dajne vo form\u00e1lnej podobe. Mana\u017e\u00e9rska komunik\u00e1cia je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou uskuto\u010d\u0148ovania pracovn\u00fdch \u00faloh na pracovisku, organizovania, pl\u00e1novania, motivovania, povzbudzovania i kontroly. Je koordina\u010dn\u00fdm kan\u00e1lom medzi zamestnancami, mana\u017e\u00e9rmi, vlastn\u00edkmi, ale aj verejnos\u0165ou. Je obojstrann\u00fdm procesom v\u00fdmeny inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, v ktorom obsah komunik\u00e1cie a sp\u00f4sob, ak\u00fdm komunikujeme, nez\u00e1vis\u00ed iba od na\u0161ich z\u00e1merov a schopnosti, ale v\u00fdznamne aj od toho ako na na\u0161u aktivitu reaguje komunika\u010dn\u00fd partner. Je potrebn\u00e9 re\u0161pektova\u0165 \u00fa\u010delovos\u0165, zrete\u013enos\u0165, \u00faplnos\u0165, stru\u010dnos\u0165, spr\u00e1vnos\u0165 a zdvorilos\u0165. V mana\u017e\u00e9rskej praxi komunik\u00e1cia predstavuje v\u00fdznamn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj jednotn\u00e9ho pochopenia v\u00edzie, poslania, cie\u013eov a \u00faloh organiz\u00e1cie. Ide o \u0161pecifick\u00fa formu soci\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie. Je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm predpokladom presn\u00e9ho riadenia organiz\u00e1cie, jej \u00fatvarov a t\u00edmov.<br \/>\nO\u010dak\u00e1vania mana\u017e\u00e9rov a zamestnancov od komunik\u00e1cie s\u00fa r\u00f4zne, tu nastupuje rola mana\u017e\u00e9ra, ktor\u00fd by mal pochopi\u0165 informa\u010dn\u00e9 a komunika\u010dn\u00e9 potreby zo strany zamestnancov.
